Bookings are a raucous two to three hours of artistic and adrenaline-fuelled madness, perfect for parties and events held in Cape Town.
All our equipment is maintained daily to provide you with the best experience possible. Spectators are welcome to watch and have a braai, while enjoying your day with family and friends.

We have ladies and gents’ toilets with changing rooms. That are cleaned regularly throughout the day.
We have a small tuckshop for all you eats and drinks.
We have four under cover areas with seating and tables.
We have 6 portable braai drums for your use. Please bring your own grid and utensils

We cater for a wide range of clients, ranging from kids parties, Bachelors, Corporate events, Team building and more. We can customize any event to your needs.
Kids parties are the best! You must be 10 years and older to play. Our safety standards are high to ensure your kids have a great day.
Come join us every Sunday for our social day with your family and friends. We recommend that your kids be 10 years and older to start playing.

Younger kids’ attention spans and listening skills are not quite developed yet. It’s important that everyone’s having FUN! FUN! FUN! and your kids don’t get put off playing since it does hurt when you get painted.
ATTENTION! When it comes to your kids age, don’t be a LIAR! Our Marshals do their very best to insure that the kids are having fun enjoying the day, but it’s up to YOU at the end of the day, OK?
It’s better than nursing bumps and bruises and oweees, einas and explaining to the parents why their child sat out the whole day.
It is very important to consider what to wear when playing.
Wear loose clothing e.g. Loose jeans and short sleeve top and bring a long sleeve top to pull over.
NO TIGHTS LADIES! No open shoes e.g. slops, crocks or ladies sandals etc.
Only Tekkies or boots
We don’t provide overalls due to the recent events, hygiene and water restrictions.
All our paint is imported from overseas and is water soluble and biodegradable. Please don’t bring your best dress or suit, wear old comfortable clothing and put it in the wash when you get home.
We don’t do refunds on bookings or confirmed players, we turn clients away once you confirm your booking and pay your deposit.
We do not refund on events that are out of our control, force majeure or covid related. On your event day we set up for the amount you have confirmed for and that takes time, labour and materials. We will provide you with the paint of those that don’t pitch to play. Please see Bookings terms - Refunds and cancellations.

The cancellation policy is the same as all other cancellations.
If we can fill your slot, we will be able to move your group to a new slot, if not the deposit is lost.

Weather reports are often incorrect, so decisions will be made on the day regarding the weather, this is an all-weather sport, so cancellation due to rain, heat etc are not accepted and the deposit will be lost.
If the weather is too bad to play in, Ground Zero will phone the groups on the day to see if they would like to still play, or move their bookings to a mutually convenient date up to 3 months from the date of your original booking.
Unless we contact you to inform you that the site is closed due to bad weather or other circumstances your session will take place.
If you choose not to play when we are open, you will be deemed to have cancelled your booking.

Our paint is carefully stored, rotated and temperature/humidity controlled.
We have taylored maid this package to suit your pocket.
We only use internationaly recognized paint-balls,
which are non toxic and biodegradable.

Had an excellent day at Ground Zero recently - always felt safe, the kit worked perfectly, the field was well designed and the marshals were great. We were the only people playing there at the time too so we essentially had a private arena. Definitely recommend and will be back!

There are 2 arenas to play in - one is the normal layout and the other one is a large arena with 2 bombsites, a maze in the middle, and plenty of cover so a more strategic game can be played. Absolutely loved painting my mates here, the staff are incredibly passionate and we had a great experience!!
Super cool marshalls and venue! The best paint-ball location in Cape Town. I've come here a couple times over the years and I always love it. They have great strategies and are very safety conscious. The tuck shop is well priced and has a tasty variety. Would love to come here again! Very well priced.

Really good service with Refs with a lot of knowledge and know how.......would recommend paying them a visit......they have 1 air-ball field and 1 woods ball like field that has a big maze in the middle and long wooded area with a tire section along the other side.....I really enjoy the experience of playing there and i'm going to make it my main field from now on!!
A well established paint-ball centre with the right equipment, and they actually cater for the children that regularly visit. Would recommend the next birthday party for your child to be here!
Best party ever! We hosted a kids birthday party here, and every single person thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The marshals were like our personal assistants, making sure every second of the day was enjoyable. They took professional photos while we played the games, which was a wonderful added benefit at no extra cost.
Perfect venue for all ages. Ideal for party events . You can braai at the venue as well.You will receive a gun loaded with 'bullets', however once the bullet's is up, you may purchase bullets for a price.Marshalls are present at the arena for safe guarding. A tuck shop is available on the premises.
