    Tuesday to Friday - 9am to 4pm
    Field Hours:
    Wednesday to Friday - 10am to 5pm
    Saturday - 9am to 6pm.
    Sundays 9am to 4pm.

  • Card payments on the day?
  • We do accept card payments for visa and mastercard. (note' the card machine works via cell connection and may be down at times so please bring cash for just in-case. Please note the tuckshop (snack box) is run separate from the Paintball and is Cash only!

  • What is your refund policy?
  • We do not refund deposits. we will however reschedule booking under certain circumstances. Please read our Booking Terms. Once you have made the deposit0 on your time slot we turn clients away for that time slot , so we do not refund deposits. If you require to move or cancel your booking please Email us as soon as possible.

  • How do I secure a booking?
  • Bookings are secured once we have confirmed the time slot and received the non refundable deposit. What payment methods do you accept for bookings? We accept EFT for deposits, cash for the balance on arrival. Do you provide protective clothing? Yes! for ladies and kids only. Men can rent brown jackets from the shop R10 each. What happens when we run out of paint? If you run out of the initial paint we provide with the booking package then you must purchase paint from the shop on the range. You may not bring paint onto a field for a booking that has not been purchased from us.

  • Do we play if it rains?
  • YES. Weather reports are often incorrect so decisions will be made on the day regarding the weather, Paintball is an all weather sport, so cancellations due to rain, heat etc are not accepted and the deposit will be lost.┬áIf the weather is to bad to play in, Ground Zero paintball will phone the groups on the day to see if they would like to still play or move their bookings to an available slot.
